在工業制造領域，硅膠磁性產品因兼具柔性特質與磁性能，廣泛應用于智能穿戴、密封組件等場景。其磁性能的精準賦予，核心依賴專業充磁工藝。本次久巨充磁承接硅膠產品充磁項目，成功實現產品磁力從0.01高斯到15.5高斯的跨越式提升，以下為全流程詳細記錄。
項目前期，我們先完成需求對接與基礎準備工作。客戶提供的硅膠產品內置磁性顆粒，初始磁力僅0.01高斯，幾乎無實用磁性能，需通過充磁處理達到穩定磁性，適配后續裝配需求。技術團隊先對產品進行全面檢測，確認其尺寸規格、硅膠材質厚度及內置磁材類型，確保充磁工藝與產品特性匹配。同時，選用久巨3000V充磁機作為核心設備，該設備通過高壓電容儲能后瞬間放電產生強磁場，可精準突破磁性材料內稟矯頑力，實現高效飽和充磁。操作前嚴格執行安全規程，檢查設備電源接地、冷卻系統通暢性，清理作業區域易燃易爆物品，操作人員穿戴絕緣手套與防護眼鏡，杜絕金屬飾品佩戴，保障作業安全。
充磁實施階段是流程核心，分為參數調試、工件定位與充磁執行三步。技術人員依據產品磁材特性與目標磁力，經多次模擬測試后，將充磁機電壓參數精準設定為3000V。考慮到硅膠材質柔性特質，定制專用定位夾具，將待充磁產品平穩固定于充磁頭預定位置，確保產品與充磁頭有效接觸，避免充磁過程中移位導致磁力分布不均。確認無誤后，操作人員退至安全區域按下啟動按鈕，設備電容瞬間釋放高壓電流，通過充磁線圈產生強磁場，使硅膠內置磁性顆粒沿磁力線方向有序排列。整個充磁過程僅耗時數秒，設備自動完成磁場施加與復位，期間實時監測電流、磁場強度等參數，確保運行穩定。
充磁完成后，進入后處理與檢測環節。待設備磁場完全衰減后，小心取出產品，清除表面殘留雜質。采用高精度高斯計對產品進行多點磁力檢測，結果顯示，產品平均磁力達15.5高斯，較初始值提升1550倍，且磁力分布均勻，完全符合客戶使用要求。同時對充磁設備進行停機維護，清理充磁頭工作面，關閉電源與冷卻系統，如實記錄本次作業的產品數量、參數設置、檢測數據等信息，形成完整生產檔案。
